VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER – FIRE PERMITS SUSPENDED.

A reminder that due to elevated bushfire weather, fire permits are suspended for today, Sunday 22 November.

Very High Fire Danger Ratings (FDR) for the Far North Coast include the following Local Council Government areas; Ballina, Byron, Clarence Valley, Kyogle, Lismore, Richmond Valley, Tweed.

At Very High FDR – Review your bush fire survival plan with your family. Keep yourself informed and monitor conditions. Be ready to act if necessary.
